Guillaume Felez, founder and master baker,
and Bom Kim, his Korean muse, welcome you every day with their team.

The soul of French craftsmanship, inspired by Korean delicacy

Trained from a young age in France, Guillaume Felez refined his craft within artisan bakeries, prestigious houses, and international teams.
A head baker in Paris, he notably worked at Maison Kayser, before continuing his journey as head baker at Pavillon Ledoyen, under the direction of three-Michelin-starred chef Yannick Alléno.

A demonstrator and trainer, he then spent two formative years in South Korea, where he discovered new textures, a different relationship to flavour, and experienced a defining personal encounter.

Façon was born from this meeting:
French rigor, Korean sensitivity, deep respect for ingredients, and a love of craftsmanship

We welcome you every day to discover our sourdough breads, French pastries and artisan desserts.

What breads, pastries and baked goods do you offer?

We offer a full range of natural sourdough breads, all-butter viennoiseries, artisan pastries, as well as original French–Korean creations, all made on site every day.

All of our products are 100% homemade — mixed, shaped and baked in our own bakery by our artisan bakers.
We use organic or CRC-certified flours, natural sourdough, and carefully selected seasonal ingredients.

Can we contact you for an event or a collaboration?

Absolutely. We offer tailored orders and gourmet partnerships for private or professional events, such as birthday cakes or sweet and savoury petits fours.

Pendant mes trois semaines à Paris, j'ai goûté aux croissants de nombreux endroits, et celui-ci était sans conteste le meilleur ! J'étais déçu que les sandwichs ne soient pas prêts plus tôt pour pouvoir en emporter un au travail, car c'était aussi le meilleur sandwich que j'aie mangé lors de mon séjour.

Un véritable bijou à Paris ! Façon est une authentique boulangerie artisanale située juste à côté de la station de métro Voltaire, dans le 11e arrondissement. Idéale pour une pause gourmande lors de votre journée de découverte des sites touristiques comme Bastille ou le cimetière du Père Lachaise...
